Enrollment and access

How do I access the course after enrolling?
You can access the course via the Courses button on the top bar.

What if I forget my login details?
You can get a new password by clicking the ‘What if I forgot my password?’ after clicking ‘Sign in’. You need to enter the email address you used when signing up on the course. 

Content and structure

Can I skip ahead to other modules or lessons?
You can do the modules in the order that you prefer. But notice that in some modules there are tasks that refer to tasks in previous modules. We recommend starting from module one and proceeding in number order. 
NB. To complete the course and receive a certificate, you need to complete all tasks.

How do I track my progress in the course?
You can see your progress in the progress bar on the left hand side. 

Are there assignments or projects?
There are tasks in all modules. In order to have a certificate upon completion, you need to complete all tasks. Some of the tasks require testing/implementing the steps in your own context and will thus take a longer time to complete.

Technical Support

What browsers or devices work best for the platform?
Google Chrome is the best browser. You can use the platform on laptop/desktop, tablet or smartphone.

What should I do if a video or resource won’t load?
1. Try reloading the page.
2. Log out and back in.
3. Turn off your device and restart it after 30 seconds. This will allow all functions to power down on your device.

How do I report a technical issue?
You can report a technical issue by clicking ‘Contact us’ and sending an email.

Can I download course materials?
Some courses have downloadable materials. You can also download your answers to the tasks and save them to enable returning to them.

Is there an app for the course platform?
No. The course works only on a browser.

How do I contact the instructor or support team?
You can contact the team via the ‘Contact us’ button on the bottom bar or use social media. 

Can I provide feedback on the course?
The last tasks on the courses always include questions about the course so this is where you can give feedback to us on the course.

Post-course information

How long will I have access to the course materials?

How do I receive my certificate of completion?
After completing all tasks and all modules, you can access the certificate and download it from the platform.

Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn or other platforms?
You can share the certificate directly on your LinkedIn, Facebook or X accounts.
